What countries does this program work for?
Short Answer: Any country you can buy land. We currently have over 2700 enrolments in ~20 countries. Some of the top ones including US, Canada, Australia, the UK, all European countries, South Africa, Costa Rica, Mexico, Jamaica, Iceland, and many more.
Do we help you find land?
Short Answer: Yes. We give you the systems to get clear on what you want to do and then on finding land that suits your needs.
Do we offer personal help with the program?
Short Answer: You get help from our community (of over 2700 enrolments from people doing this around the world) and help from our staff included with the course. To get personal help with me (Jaymie) and Shelby you can join the VIP program AFTER you sign up for the course. It’s $497 upfront or $47/month on a payment plan for 2 live video calls per month + VIP groups + video library of all recorded calls.
What type of projects is this good for?
Short Answer: Homesteads, retreat centres, regenerative farms, rental cabin properties, communities, and more. The program teaches skills gathered from multiple lifetimes of personal experience and careers in the areas of mindset, design, productivity, decision making, interpersonal skills, communication, real estate, investing, business, marketing, finance, legal, corporate structures and more. Many of the core concepts can be applied to all areas of your life will and will probably open your perspective in amazing ways.

How long does it take to go through the course?
Short Answer: 1-2 weeks if you’re binging it. 8 weeks if you’re doing it an hour a day 5 days a week.
How long does it take to get funded, get land, and generate income on it?
Short Answer: Early 2022 folks who were dedicated to the program were getting funded and getting into land in 90 days. Since then there have been some shifts in the real estate market and investors (IF you need them) are generally waiting 3-6 months to see what the market does. We have clients that generate income within 30 days of getting land, depending on your planning.
Do we help you find investors?
Short Answer: Yes, we have 2 ways of doing this. We teach you how to do it yourself in our course, and we offer a “done-for-you” solution with our Investors Network where we introduce your project to pre-vetted investors who actually care about the people and planet.
I don’t know where to start!
Short Answer: Start by creating a plan. That’s what we help you with! We even give you ours, pre-filled out, and our step-by-step guides so you can start taking action.
I’m not sure if I can do this!
Short Answer: We have clients that have no building skills, single mothers, and 65+ year olds doing 50 family home community developments. The program is built to help you strategize your way around anything and play based on your strengths and what’s right for you.
Can I do this with no money and poor credit? Does that effect my credibility?
Short Answer: Yes, you can do this starting with no money and bad credit. I had to bankrupt my previous business and was left with $40k in credit card debt and no money. This program specializes in raising funds to make these projects viable for anyone.
Do we help with structures and dwellings?
Short Answer: Yes, the program covers a variety of structure types ranging from modular options for those looking for speed and who have no building experience, to natural building options, the pros and cons of each, and lists of suppliers and connections.
Do we help you design land?
Short Answer: Yes, the program helps you with land design and land assessment based on permaculture design methods. We can get community feedback in the groups and we can also help you personally in the VIP Group. Land design is a very important part of the program since it has lasting implications for you and your project.
What else do we offer?
Short Answer: The VIP group for personal help, our pre-filled out business plan package, day tours, 3-day in-person workshops for hands on learning, investors network to connect you with potential investors, and more.
What does the course cost? What does it come with?
Short Answer: $397 upfront or $137/month on a 3 month payment plan. Right now (limited time) that includes a free workbook and your choice of additional free gift. If you need a better payment plan email us and ask. We can make it $77/month on a 6 month plan if that helps.
How much of the $30k/month we make on our land is profit?
Short Answer: If we wanted to we could chill and make 50-70% profit while still having paid caretakers to manage the land. We don’t want profit because we don’t want to pay taxes on it and we’d rather use it to build out the land more. $30k/month is also variable. We could easily add more things to make more money, we just don’t want to.
How much money do I need to start?
Short Answer: None, aside from basic necessities like a computer that would make it a lot easier! Technically you could even do it without that.
What if I don’t have experience? Will this still work for me?
Short Answer: Yes, the whole point of the program is to create a strategy that works for your unique skillset, experience and vision.
If I have a partner do we need to buy the course twice?
Short Answer: The course is provided on a “per project basis” within reason. Your partner or group get access too.

If I have questions while I’m in the course do I have someone to ask?
Short Answer: Yes, you have a couple options. The course comes with community support in our groups, and support from our staff. And if you want to work with me (Jaymie) directly you can join the VIP group to hop on 2 live video calls with me every month to answer any and all of your questions + get personal access to me in our VIP group chat and VIP Facebook group.
Do we have in-person workshops? Cost? Schedule?
Short Answer: Yes, we offer 3 day in-person workshops. 2023 dates will be released December 1st, 2022. The online course is a prerequisite to the workshop, so if you get into the course now, you’ll get $400 off your workshop ticket whenever you want to come. Workshop tickets are regularly $2997 and include chef-prepared 5 star beyond organic food, special gifts, and accommodations.
Are there others clients in my area that I can meet?
Short Answer: With over 2700 enrolments in ~20 countries you’ll find your tribe. When you’re in the program, post in the groups with your location and project and connect there. We get photos of people meeting up all the time. We’re also building an app to help facilitate these relationships.
Do we cover things like grants and farmer loans options?
Short Answer: Yes, we do. We just prioritize other financial tools that you can control. Grants and loans tend to be more at the mercy of getting chosen, like a lottery, because they only give a limited amount out per year.
How do you keep majority control and ownership if you decide to take on an investor?
Short Answer: First, investors are just one option that we cover in the course. There are many others options. Answer: They have money. Money is a form of value. You’re putting in the time and knowledge. Those are also forms of value. You just demonstrate on a spreadsheet and in your plans (which we’ll give you) how much value you’re bringing. Time and knowledge is worth more than money.
Do I have to post myself all over social media to make this work?
Short Answer: No, the course give you all the options and pros and cons of each and lets you build a strategy that works for you.
When should I start?
Short Answer: ASAP. The information in the course will likely change the scope of what you think is possible and alter the direction of your vision and possibly your life. The sooner you soak it in, the faster and more drastic results you’ll see.
I don’t have anyone to help / I just need the right people / I had a group but they bailed!
Short Reply: Starting with a group of people and trying to fit all their perspectives and desires into one cohesive box is hard and almost always results in failure and complication. Instead, create a solid plan and start taking action. The right people will be attracted to you. Take leadership.
How to get people to take you seriously with a project like this? How to have credibility?
Short Answer: Take it seriously, create a business plan, financial projections and pitch deck, align yourself with people who are experts in each field you need to bring your vision to life and their credibility will naturally rub off on your project.
What do investors want in return (if you decide to use that financial tool)?
Short Answer: It totally depends on the individual and what you negotiate to provide. Some might be excited just to have a “vacation property” to go to, others might want a small part of the income generated on the land. The program helps you create plans that look enticing to investors while also suiting your style and needs.
Do we cover corporate structures? LLC’s, Non-Profit, Charity, B-Corp, Private Members Association, Holding Co, etc?
Short Answer: Yes we do. We cover the pros and cons of each, how to set them up, different structures to use and why, and how to use them strategically.

Do you think this space is getting saturated? Are too many people doing this?
Short Answer: No, the world need abundantly more of this.

The reason we don’t sell it for more is because…
1) We want this to be accessible to everyone; and,
2) I don’t want to take sales calls all day because I’ve got a world to build so my future children can enjoy it
