The client success manager will be accountable for:
Client service and relationship building via email, Instagram & Facebook
80% of service and relationships are for our Live The Off-Grid Dream online course
20% is a mix of people coming to in-person events, looking to host a retreat with us, etc
Customers are very excited to come across our offering + we generally have an open refund policy so there’s no “bad” customers to deal with
Helping manage software like updating email automations, website details, etc
“Sales” calls via phone & Zoom
Just answering peoples questions and creating relationships, people just want to talk to a real human
With people interested in attending workshops or our online courses
Managing our community groups on Facebook and Telegram, such as;
Welcoming clients to the group
Helping with questions
Organizing monthly consulting calls for the VIP group
Assisting with organizing in-person events such as;
Communication with guests/clients
Following up after ticket purchase with event info and directions
Managing email automations to systemize your job
Updating website with dates and details
Reporting and sharing results in weekly meetings
Coming up with new creative ways to better help clients and increase sales
Helping out and learning in other areas
We are a small team so we tend to jump around and help out in different areas. Plus, it keeps things interesting and let’s everyone learn.

Salary
$3500-4500/month starting
Higher targets will be discussed to get you to your goals
3 month onboarding period (some benefits kick in right away, others will kick in when the onboarding period is complete)
